Client Account Officer

Duties: 

  • Provide billing, invoicing and services to hospital patients and clients
  • Coordinate direct billing arrangement with insurance companies and clients
  • Handle enquiries with insurance companies and clients
  • Follow up payment with clients, clinics, corporates and insurance companies
  • Carry out various administrative and clerical tasks to provide general office support

Requirements:

  • Form 6 graduate or above
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese; Mandarin would be an advantage
  • Experience in hospitality, airline or clinical environment would be an advantage
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, attention to details and good computer literacy
  • Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills are essential
  • 5-days work per week and able to work on shifts (including Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday)
