Our expert midwives and healthcare professionals lead our antenatal course at Matilda International Hospital. The course serves as a detailed introduction to the later stages of pregnancy and the journey of becoming a parent. It is suitable for ready-to-be mums and partners.

Session One
In session one, you will learn the following:
- The signs and symptoms to tell your doctor about

Session Two
In session two, you will learn the following:
- Alternative delivery methods available
- The admission process to the hospital
- What to bring to the hospital on the day of childbirth
- A detailed birth plan
Session Three
In session three, you will learn the following:
- Newborn procedures
- How to cope with the demands of parenthood
- In-depth understanding of postnatal depression
- Newborn care and safety
- Breastfeeding

Paediatric First Aid Course (For Parents)
Designed for parents, this course is created to provide both theory and hands-on experience for participants. Participants can practise through simulated emergencies on child-sized mannequins.

Students can obtain a three-year-valid first aid certificate from our international training partner, First Aid Awards
Participants are required to complete a practical examination to test their CPR and first aid skills.
