Room charges exclude other hospital charges such as meals, medicines, injections, investigations, treatment, operating theatres, procedures, doctors' fees, private nurse fees, care attendants employed by patient, etc.

All ancillary charges (e.g. medication, medical supplies & consumables, investigations, treatment procedures etc.) will be charged according to the class of accomodation.

Deposit is required upon admission. Hospital has agreements with selected insurance companies and organisations. If you are a client or an employee of one of these companies, deposit may be waived.

If patient requests transfer to an upgraded room within 48 hours after the procedure, charges - including room rates, ancillary fees and doctor fees - will be adjusted to the higher rate.

For packaged procedure, if patient requests transfer to an upgraded room, the whole package cost including the room rate will be adjusted to a higher rate.

1.5 times normal hourly theatre rate applies (surcharge included)
- Additional doctor's fees may apply during out of office hours. We recommend checking with your doctor for further details.
- For Maternity Elective Caesarean Section procedures, service hours align with those of the Operating Theatre. If an Elective Caesarean Section is scheduled outside of our regular hours, the "Auspicious" Caesarean Section Rate will be applied.
- Elective surgical packages (e.g. Endoscopy) during Mon-Sat 21:00-07:59; Sun & Public Holiday, will be charged at 1.5 times normal rate of the whole package.
- In the event of any disputes regarding charges incurred outside of our regular hours, Matilda International Hospital reserves the right to make the final decision.
