The environment setting and the design of the hospital are great. Patients don’t feel themselves being inside a hospital and can ease their mind.
Medical Surgical Department
My experience was very pleasant from the moment I stepped in the hospital, the triage, the receptionist at the admission, and the nurses on the floor who received me. All the staff are courteous and treat me with all respect, making sure to always check whether I'm comfortable before, during and after my knee surgery.
I appreciated how the doctors talked and reassured me prior to my operation. Every one from the facilities took such good care of me and gave me a special experience being in a hospital. I have never received such wonderful care.
Felt very personal. Time was taken in the room to go through different aspects of care and I didn’t feel regimented even though there was a structured plan behind.
We can’t thank you enough for the care we received from every one involved. While it was not exactly what we had planned for according to the birth preferences, we felt all the midwives respected what we hoped to have for the birth of the baby under the circumstances. Special thanks to the midwives for easing my anxiety over the induction process, staying with me and encouraging me throughout the labour. Our stay was excellent. Housekeeping staff were consistently kind and efficient. Love the food.
All of the midwives are so patient, teaching me the key techniques to breast feed and how to care for my baby. My husband and I enjoyed every part of our stay here and it exceeded all of our expectations.
Day Case Unit
The nurse looked after me so well. Very kind and friendly even though she had a busy day. She made me feel very relaxed. Also the head nurse was wonderful, explaining things and making me feel much more relaxed about my procedure as I was very nervous.
Health Assessment Department
The environment is stressless and pleasant. The staff are competent, cheerful and flexible.
High degree of professionalism shown by all – doctors, nurses, and supporting staff. At no point was the process intimidating nor confusing. Great service made to feel safe and well cared for. All questions and concerns answered.
