IT support

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Provide IT services, training and technical support to internal users and staff concerning computer operation, internet access, WiFi, and software system.
  2. Create and maintain technical documentation such as technical manuals, SOP, helpdesk records, problem case reports, etc.
  3. Work with equipment vendors to resolve technical problems on desktop computers, servers, infrastructure, network or applications problems or unusual requirements.
  4. Provide support to ad hoc projects for IT systems improvements.

Requirements:

  1. Certificate or Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines. At least 2 years relevant experience in IT industry. Candidates with more / other experience may be considered other position, e.g. System Specialist, etc
  2. Knowledge and experience in infrastructure such as MS Windows, MS Exchange server, Microsoft 365, virtualization, backup & recovery and system & network monitoring, firewall, switching and routing technologies.
  3. Holder of MCSA/CCNA is an advantage, have a strong sense of quality of work and risk management.
  4. Good interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills.
