• One individual room will be provided for the health check.
• This promotion is exclusive to the health assessment department at Matilda International Hospital.
• All items included in the packages are fixed. If any test items are declined or not conducted for any reason, there will be no refund or exchange for those items.
• This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, direct billing, or discounts, and it cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
• This offer does not apply to any anaesthesia costs or doctor fees, including but not limited to Monitored Anesthetic Care (M.A.C) and doctor fees for colonoscopy (reference price at HK$10,080) under the Diamond Premium package.
• Matilda International Hospital reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute arising from this promotion, the decision of Matilda International Hospital shall be final.
