For maternity care, the father's identity card or passport is also required.
Patients admitted without an ID will not be treated or have surgery performed at this Hospital until a valid ID is produced. So please ensure you have it with you to prevent delays.
Prior to your admission, it is important that you understand the cost of your hospital stay and the payment policies. Your hospital bill will be made up of the hospital’s fee and the doctor’s fee, these will vary according to the selected room category.
Hospital fees and packages
Hospital fees are charged as packaged or non-packaged. A range of packages is offered at pre-determined prices to cover the most frequently performed procedures. You will be automatically enrolled onto a hospital package if one is available for your procedure. Once a package has commenced, it cannot be downgraded. However, if upgraded, the entire package, including the doctors’ fees will be charged at the higher rate. There is no refund on packages for early discharge.
For procedures that are not packaged we will be happy to provide an estimate, please send your request to our Patient Service Centre at firstname.lastname@example.org .
There are two types of packages available:
Hospital Fee Packages
These packages are offered at pre-determined prices. Overnight packages include nursing care, room (meals included) and treatment normally associated with the procedure, as stated within the package. Day case packages also include nursing care, procedure and room fee (meals excluded) as stated in the procedure.
These packages do not include doctor’s fee.
Additional notes on Maternity Packages
The maternity package commences on the day your baby is born. If you are admitted for a normal vaginal delivery there is no additional room charge for the delivery suite the night before your baby is born (the use of a separate patient room will incur charges). If you are admitted for an induction of labour there is a specific package rate for this which includes accommodation. For multiple pregnancies 30% of the package charge is added for each additional baby.
Total Care Packages
These packages are inclusive of both the hospital’s and doctor’s fee, allowing better cost management for your hospital stay. The packages include nursing care, room (meals included for overnight packages ) and treatment normally associated with the procedure, as stated within the package.
You can find a list of available total care packages here.
These are for designated specialists only, so if you wish to enrol to one of these, please contact the Patient Service Centre at 2849 0388 or email@example.com.
All doctors are private practitioners practising independently of the hospital and its administration. Doctors’ fees may vary from one doctor to another and they usually charge according to your room category. This pricing structure is common in Hong Kong and does not affect the level of care provided to you. It is in your best interest to discuss the expected charges with your doctors ahead of time. The hospital only collects doctors’ fees on their behalf.
Room category and charges
Room choices include, VIP Rooms, Private Rooms, Twin Rooms and Standard Rooms, subject to availability. Click here to take look at the rooms.
A private room refers to any category of room with single occupancy. Rooms are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis (or for Maternity patients, first-delivered-first-served basis). If the preferred type of room is unavailable at the time of admission, you will be offered other room options.

All meals for lodgers will be charged according to the items ordered.
Important Payment Information
