Matilda International Hospital is establishing a Consumer Advisory Group to ensure the voices of our patients and their families are at the heart of our decision-making. We are inviting members of our community to work alongside us, sharing their unique perspectives to help drive continuous improvement in our services and care standards.
This initiative reflects our commitment to person-centred care and clinical excellence. By collaborating directly with those who have experienced our services, we can better understand the needs of our community and refine the patient journey.
Who can join?
We welcome applications from anyone who has been a patient at the hospital or has supported a loved one as a family member or carer. Your firsthand experience is the most valuable qualification.
Do I need any special skills or medical knowledge?
No special skills or medical knowledge are required to join. We simply value your willingness to share your open and honest thoughts, views and experiences to help us continue improving the care experience.
How do I apply?
To ensure the group represents the diverse community we serve, applicants will be reviewed and selected to build a balanced and representative team.
