Job Description
Responsible for day-to-day food production operation of the respective station
Ensure meals (Chinese / Asian) for patients and staff are produced in a safe, hygienic, efficient and cost effective manner
Ensure Hospital food safety, quality standard and correct methodology are adhered to throughout food production process
Support Chief Chef in menu design, work process, inventory, compliance and budgetary control
Assist in catering services for corporate projects, e.g. functions, events, audits, accreditation, etc.

Requirements
At least 5 years in relevant positions or equivalent
Working experience gained in hotels / hospitals highly preferred
Team player with good communication and attention to details
Supervise, guide, and train junior chefs assigned to the station
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Shift work required, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
