Job Description
- Hospital Clinical Operation Experience
- Minimum 10 years hospital biomedical work experience; familiar with workflows of wards, OT, surgical and radiology, coordinate maintenance to fit clinical care schedules.
- Full Range Medical Equipment Repair & Maintenance Skills
- Able to perform preventive maintenance, calibration and breakdown repairs for CT/MRI/DR, patient monitors, ultrasound and lab analyzers, finish servicing following manufacturer standards independently.
- Multi-brand Technical Troubleshooting Ability
- Can conduct advanced fault diagnosis for multi-category medical devices; provide remote and on-site emergency repairs to reduce equipment downtime.
- Compliance & Document Management Ability
- Well-versed in medical device safety rules and QMS; complete maintenance records and technical files, prepare compliant documents for ISO/ACHS accreditation.
- Equipment Installation, Commissioning & Training
- Complete device installation, configuration and commissioning; train technical staff on new radiotherapy, surgical and monitoring equipment, and share technical knowledge with internal teams.
- Vendor Liaison & Cross-team Communication
- Communicate with equipment suppliers and third-party contractors, handle warranty and spare parts orders; coordinate with clinical departments and take charge of emergency equipment issues when the manager is away.
- Overseas working experience will be a strong plus for candidates
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or Degree holder or above in Electrical / Mechanical / Engineering or related disciplines;
- Self-motivated, responsible, able to work independently and willing to learn;
- Able to communicate in Chinese and English;
- Able to travel overseas for training;
- Immediately available will be an advantage;
