Job Description
- Greet and serve patients and visitors at the Patient Service Centre
- Act as a patient service ambassador at the hospital, assist and provide support to patients and visitors at all times
- Assist patients in admission and insurance arrangements
- Answer telephone and email enquiries regarding the hospital services
- Carry out daily routine task at the Patient Service Centre
Requirements
- Prior experiences in customer service environment preferred
- Customer-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player with positive attitude, and able to work independently and under pressure
- Proficient in English and/or Cantonese. Non-Cantonese Speaking candidates are welcome.
- Good PC skills
- Shift duty required
