Job Description
- Responsible for the day to day smooth operation of the work section for proper production of the required food services
負責相關工作範圍的日常運作,以適切提供所需的餐飲服務。 - Ensuring food services for patients, staff, catering events are produced according to the Hospital’s quality standard in a safe, hygienic, and cost effective manner
確保為病人、員工、和餐飲活動等服務提供安全、衛生所及具成本效益的餐飲。以確保符合食品安全、品質和衛生要求。
Requirements
- 5 years’ relevant experience (exposure in hospitals, hotels preferable)
最少5年或以上相關工作經驗,曾任職醫院或酒店優先 - Good understanding in food hygiene & food safety
具良好的食物處理及廚務衛生及安全知識 - Work shifts required
需輪班工作
