    Ovarian cystectomy is a surgical procedure to remove ovarian cysts while preserving the ovary and its function. The procedure can be performed using conventional open surgery or minimally invasive laparoscopic techniques, as recommended by the doctor based on the size, type, and location of the cysts, as well as the patient's overall health condition.
