    Gastroscopy and colonoscopy are essential procedures for examining and diagnosing the health of your digestive system, helping to detect and address potential issues early. These procedures are safe, efficient, and performed under sedation to ensure your comfort and relaxation throughout.

    Monitored Anaesthesia Care (MAC) is a type of anaesthesia technique used during medical procedures. It involves the administration of sedative medications and local anaesthesia to keep you comfortable and relaxed. Depending on the level of sedation and surgical treatment, you may or may not be aware of your surroundings during the procedure.

    MAC is carried out by an anaesthetist who administers the medication and monitors the whole procedure. It allows for a safer and more comfortable experience for certain procedures, while still providing adequate pain control.

    • Companion bed or changing bed within the same class of accommodation.

    • Additional procedures, medications, diagnostic procedures, doctors fees, and sundries charg-es unrelated to the procedure package.
    • Any treatments, medications, or procedure fees related to any pre-existing conditions.
    • Pre-operative advanced diagnostic procedure charges (e.g., Biopsy, CT, MRI).
    • Advanced equipment, instruments, materials, consumables, HAEMOCLIP, and laboratory charges associated with the procedure package and the polypectomy procedure.
    • Resuscitation, blood transfusion, advanced diagnostic imaging, laboratory tests, intensive care, re-operation and doctors fees related to direct complications of the core procedure.
