Job Description
- Coordinating different repair / maintenance projects with different departments & contractors on service specifications, quotations / tenders, project scheduling
- Assisting supervisor in checking project progress
- Providing general admin. duties / clerical support, e.g. office equipment / facilities, licenses applications, project logistics, other ad-hoc project / assignments from direct supervisor above
- Handling general enquiries from different departments / contractors
- Filing, documentation, reports, schedule / master database updates
Requirements
- Recent graduate University / Polytechnic / Equivalent in Building Services
- Good organizational and communication skills (with proficiency in English)
- Good AutoCAD skills & PC skills (including MS Word, Excel, Access)
