Job Description
- Overseeing & improving finance & accounting functions for efficiency & effectiveness of internal operation & financial performance of the Hospital
- Reviewing / revising internal strategies & policies to optimize financial performance
- Providing insightful financial advices to top management for business decisions
- Advising / proposing costing & pricing models & overall budgetary planning
- Conducting internal training / developing competencies of subordinates for people development & team performance
- Collaborating with functional leaders in developing service / business plans, identifying cost drivers, achievable targets & KPIs
- Ensuring compliance & adherence to corporate governance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or finance
- CPA, ACCA or related qualifications a definite asset
- 5+ solid years in relevant positions preferably in related industries
- Working experience in hospitals, clinic chains, hotels, etc. an advantage
- Strong leadership & communication skills
