Job Description

  • Responsible for daily operation of the Outpatient and Health Assessment Departments
  • Providing strong leadership for continuous improvement of the departments
  • Providing clinical guidance to teams while ensuring high standards of practice and cost effective management of resources
  • Facilitating service planning and service promotion

Requirements

  • Degree in Nursing, preferably with a post-graduate Master in a Nursing or Healthcare/ Health Services discipline
  • Valid nursing practicing certificate in Hong Kong with post registration specialty qualifications
  • Experienced in a managerial or supervisory capacity in similar clinical setting
  • Highly self-motivated, confident, embracing a collaborative style
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
