Influenza vaccination is one of the effective means in preventing influenza and its complications together with reduction in influenza-associated hospitalisation and death.
Children from 6 months old can be vaccinated against influenza. Children younger than 9 years old who have never received any seasonal flu vaccine are recommended to receive a booster dose 4 weeks after the initial one. Subsequent doses should be given annually. Adults who have registered with us before (existing patient) do not need to see a doctor for a flu vaccine. Children under age of 3 or children under 9 years old who have never had the influenza vaccine need to be assessed by a doctor first. Call us to book or book an appointment online.
