Job Description
- Responsible for daily operation of the Outpatient and Health Assessment Departments
- Providing strong leadership for continuous improvement of the departments
- Providing clinical guidance to teams while ensuring high standards of practice and cost effective management of resources
- Facilitating service planning and service promotion
Requirements
- Degree in Nursing, preferably with a post-graduate Master in a Nursing or Healthcare/ Health Services discipline
- Valid nursing practicing certificate in Hong Kong with post registration specialty qualifications
- Experienced in a managerial or supervisory capacity in similar clinical setting
- Highly self-motivated, confident, embracing a collaborative style
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
