明德國際醫院為入境英國前肺結核檢測計劃的核淮測試醫療機構。

任何香港居民打算前往英國長達6個月或以上則需要作肺結核檢測，有關檢測要求的詳情及適用於那些人士請參閱[英國政府網站](https://www.gov.uk/tb-test-visa)。

肺結核檢測包括醫生的基本健康評估及X光檢查。若檢測結果為陰性，則會發出結核病測試證書。結核病測試證書由X光檢查日起計有效期為6個月，若申請人或其家人曾接受肺結核治療，證書的有效期為3個月。
