IT Support

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring of IT System health status, network performance and security control
  • Perform IT help desk support including call handling, follow-up action, coordination and escalation
  • Prepare technical specification, evaluation and implementation for new or upgrade projects
  • Coordinate with end users and IT vendors on IT related projects

Requirements:

  • Degree, diploma or higher certification in IT related courses
  • At least 1 year working experience on IT related fields
  • Experience in computer hardware and system support is an advantage
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Candidates with programming experience is an advantage
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Cantonese
