Insurance Service Officer

  • Be part of the patient services team and provide customer support on insurance related matters.
  • Assist patients on the pre-authorization process of the direct billing arrangement.
  • Provide immediate support to patients requiring cashless services
  • Maintain good relationship with internal and external parties on all insurance claims matters
  • Ensuring all the patients’ records are maintained and handled in a strictly confidential manner
  • Have a good risk base thinking and take actions to prevent negative outcomes.
  • Assist in ad-hoc duties as required


  • Prior experiences in insurance handling and claim processing is an advantage
  • Customer-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player with positive attitude
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Non-Cantonese Speaking candidates will be considered
  • Good PC skills
  • Overnight shift duty
