Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the day to day operation and supervision of patient and staff canteen.
  • Ensure meals for patients and staff are produced in a safe, hygienic and cost effective manner.
  • Ensure that staff uses correct methods and systems of food production
  • Food hygiene, quality and safety for compliance
  • Process, inventory and budgetary control
  • Corporate projects, e.g. functions, events, audits, etc.

Entry Requirements

  • At least 5 years in relevant positions or equivalent
  • Working experience with hospitals highly preferred
  • Good communication and management skill
  • Ability to work with patients and staff in a multi-cultural environment
  • Training / certificate in ISO quality system, OSH, HACCP, Hygiene Supervisor, etc. definitely advantageous
