Patient Service Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and serve patients and visitors at the Patient Service Centre
  • Act as a patient service ambassador at the hospital, assist and provide support to patients and visitors at all times
  • Assist patients in admission and insurance arrangements
  • Answer telephone and email enquiries regarding the hospital services
  • Carry out daily routine task at the Patient Service Centre

Requirement:

  • Form 7 or above
  • Prior experience in airline, clinical or insurance claims environment preferred
  • Customer-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player, and able to work independently and under pressure
  • Proficient in English and Cantonese, both spoken and written. Third language is a plus
  • Good PC skills
  • Shift and overnight duty required
