Patient Service Assistant

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • As a supporting role to our current Patient Service Team 
  • Answer telephone enquiries and assist patients and visitors
  • Monitor and respond to the emergency code system
  • Basic data entry and clerical support
  • Perform adhoc tasks as assigned by the Patient Services Manager

Requirement:

  • Good spoken English and Cantonese
  • Good customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude
  • Be able to work independently and under a stressful situation
  • Basic computer skill is required
