Edwardian-Themed Open Day to Celebrate Matilda International Hospital’s 100th Anniversary

Matilda International Hospital will host an Edwardian-themed Open Day to
celebrate its 100th anniversary from 2 – 4pm on 27 January 2007 (Saturday).
All are welcome to celebrate with us.

As we go back through time, there will be many activities with an Edwardian
theme such as Edwardian dance performance, Edwardian tea house, historical
medical artifacts and games. Those who were born at Matilda can join our
special ceremony to mark this memorable occasion.
Special shuttle bus schedule will be available from Queen’s Pier, Central or
the Peak to the hospital. Call 2849 0355 to inquire free shuttle bus schedule on
the event day.

The parents of the first baby (either normal delivery or emergency caesarean
section) born on 27 January 2007 at the Matilda will receive 100 gifts to share
the happiness. Gifts include special maternity package fee at HK$1,907 only,
a cuddy teddy bear, a baby’s bronze feet sculpture, 100 hours’ baby clinic,
limousine service and a number of free health education classes, etc.
The first 100 parents who give birth babies from 27 January 2007 (including
caesarean section) will receive a cuddy teddy bear, a baby blanket, baby
clothes, towels, Matilda book and B is for baby book, etc.
