The small print

Initial contracts are for one or two years, however these can be renewed upon satisfactory performance evaluations. Single accommodation is situated in the hospital grounds and there is also an onsite gym. The rent is heavily subsidised and includes all utilities. You may choose to live off-site although rents in Hong Kong can prove to be very expensive. An on-site dining room with chef inspired meals at a reduced staff rate is also available.
