Choosing a hospital

Here are a few tips as you plan for your stay with us.

Things To Do Before Admission

-Please check the doctor’s charges (with the doctor) and the hospital charges well in advance
-Patients whose charges will be paid for by their employer/company, or by insurance, both of which must have direct billing agreement with Matilda International Hospital, are kindly advised to arrange a Letter of Payment Guarantee, to be submitted to the hospital before admission. For any enquiries on the matter, please call the Admission Department at 2849 0746 prior to your admission.
-Please also read the section below on “Arriving at the Hospital for Admission” for important documents to bring and present
-To expedite the actual hospital admission procedure, patients are advised to check-in online in advance.  Please log in to the hospital website www.matilda.org, or go directly to http://www.matilda.org/en/online-check-in
-Patients should also make sure that they have followed the instructions on eating and drinking and any other specific preparations as advised by the attending doctor.
-Patients should take a bath or shower before admission.
